4、設備每運行三年后進行綜合大修，大修基本內(nèi)容包括：全部拆卸蒸煮機的零部件，清洗舊的安裝部件，除銹，涂防銹漆。檢查容易磨損部件的尺寸，例如：螺旋葉片的厚度，組件間的尺寸，蒸汽管壁的厚度。對所有的零部件及整機進行大修后，蒸汽夾套要進行水壓試驗，試驗壓力應等于工作壓力的1.25倍。

1、在已建成的基礎(chǔ)上用預埋螺栓將機體固定，在安裝時沿螺旋軸線向冷凝水流出方向傾斜1～3°，進汽端高，出水端低。并且落在基礎(chǔ)上的三個機腳座都必須在同一平面上，以**蒸煮機筒體的主軸的同軸度，在非驅(qū)動端的底座固定螺栓與底座要有8㎜的螺栓長孔槽，可以讓筒體在加熱時有軸向的自由度，蒸煮機準確就位固定后，安裝蒸汽，電器部分，要求安全方便操作。

2、調(diào)試時要進行點動開機，將蒸煮機主軸轉(zhuǎn)動幾轉(zhuǎn)，確認無異常后，啟動電機，由慢到快調(diào)節(jié)電機至所需轉(zhuǎn)速，蒸煮機內(nèi)通入蒸汽后，預熱一段時間，蒸汽的通入也要由低到高漸漸加入，注意觀察各腔的蒸汽壓力和溫度情況是否一致，筒體內(nèi)有無異響。運行1小時后一切正常調(diào)試結(jié)束。
