?  進口旋塞閥概述
旋塞閥用帶通孔的塞體作為啟閉件的閥門。塞體隨閥桿轉動,以實現啟閉動作。通過旋轉90度使閥塞上的通道口與閥體上的通道口相同或分開,實現開啟或關閉的一種閥門。小型無填料的旋塞閥又稱為“考克”。旋塞閥的塞體多為圓錐體(也有圓柱體),與閥體的圓錐孔面配合組成密封副。旋塞閥是使用較早的一種閥門,結構簡單、開關*、流體阻力小。普通旋塞閥靠精加工的金屬塞體與閥體間的直接接觸來密封,所以密封性較差,啟閉力大,*磨損,通常只能用于低(不**1兆帕)和小口徑(小于100毫米)的場合。為了擴大旋塞閥的應用范圍,已研制出許多新型結構。油潤滑旋塞閥是較重要的一種(見圖[油潤滑旋塞閥])。特制的潤滑脂從塞體*注入閥體錐孔與塞體之間,形成油膜以減小啟閉力矩,提高密封性和使用壽命。它的工作壓力可達64兆帕,較高工作溫度可達325℃,較大口徑可達600毫米。旋塞閥的通道有多種形式。常見的直通式主要用于截斷流體。三通和四通式旋塞閥適用于流體換向。
旋塞閥的啟閉件是一個有孔的圓柱體,繞垂直于通道的軸線旋轉,從而達到啟閉通道的目的。旋塞閥主要供開啟和關閉管道和設備介質之用。

旋塞閥安裝與維護應注意以下事項:
1、要留有閥柄旋轉的位置 
2、不能用作節流。 
3、帶傳動機構的球閥應直立安裝。
