公司是我國華南地區(qū)生產魚粉加工成套設備的廠家，從事魚粉設備研發(fā)已有數年歷史，是一家集研發(fā)、生產、銷售和服務于一體的機械制造企業(yè)，擁有從歐洲引進的**生產工藝以及自主開發(fā)的多項創(chuàng)新技術。具備兩個魚粉設備研發(fā)加工制造基地，占地面積20畝生產魚粉設備，魚油設備，肉骨粉設備,動物煉油設備，連續(xù)水解羽毛粉設備。建有廠房車間13000多平方米，生產廠房規(guī)范，設備設施，供電供水系統(tǒng)完備，產品質量檢驗儀器完整。擁有一批高、中級技術職稱科技人員,其中機械工程技術人員25人，有*熟練機械制作員工90多人,公司與北海職業(yè)技術學院、中國海洋大學建立了良好的合作關系,并與國內外諸多魚粉加工廠有業(yè)務往來，具備產學研合作開發(fā)的條件，使產品研發(fā)試驗有良好的基礎。產品國內銷售主要是在山東、廣東、廣西、海南等省份，國外銷售主要是在非洲國家如南非、毛里塔尼亞、塞內加爾、幾內亞、摩洛哥、突尼斯，亞洲國家有越南、印度、印度尼西亞、巴基斯坦、泰國、菲律賓、阿曼等，歐美洲國家有秘魯、墨西哥、意大利等。 2014年在的支持下，公司積極響應國家“走出去”和“”方針，在非洲的毛里塔尼亞投資了大型魚粉廠，主要生產和銷售魚粉和魚油。該廠建造在靠近魚資源豐富的大西洋海岸線附近，減少了魚資源的運輸費用，北海新宏恒達機械設備有限公司自主創(chuàng)新開發(fā)的國家授權**技術成果對本項產業(yè)鏈協同創(chuàng)新發(fā)展**項目的實施提供了較強的技術依托基礎，主要**技術成果累計共11項，2010年09月至2012年12月，公司承擔了2010年度國家創(chuàng)新立和廣西科學研究及技術開發(fā)計劃（桂科攻1095004）“新型節(jié)能封閉式濕法魚粉加工設備”項目。經過兩年的試制研究，成功開發(fā)出全封閉式濕法魚粉加工設備，產品生產能力從80噸增加至600噸，滿足了不同客戶的需求。完成了合同約定的各項經濟技術指標，通過了國家科技部創(chuàng)新管理中心和廣西科技廳的項目驗收。
