魚蝦螃蟹等，各種水產加工，都會產生各種含有高濃度有機物，懸浮物的廢水，廢水的處理中，很重要的就是溶解性的有機物的處理，懸浮的有機物是其中一個方面，溶解性的有機物需要徹底降解以后才能排放。由于水產加工廢水排放量不均衡，水質波動較大，必須加強預處理措施，才能達到穩定處理效果。 廢水經格柵攔截去除水中的顆粒物，將魚皮、肉 屑、魚骨等固體懸浮物分離出來再進入調節池，在池內設置曝氣裝置，它具有脫臭、加速污水中油類的分離等作用，改善廢水可生化性，

水產加工廠廢水生物處理處理水量為120 m3/d,通過連續運行對比了兩系統對濁度、UV254、CODMn、TOC、藻類、THMFP等指標的去除效果。試驗結果表明,與傳統的混凝/沉淀工藝相比,混凝/氣浮工藝具有運行穩定、除污效果好、藥耗低等優點,適合處理北方地區的微污染原水。 主要內容包括：(1)曝氣生物濾池填料的優選。通過對陶粒、石英砂、沸石及焦碳四種填料的性能進行對比，結果表明，陶粒在掛膜穩定性和去除污染物能力方面優于其它三種填料。(2)曝氣生物濾池掛膜方式的優選。通過對直接以正常工作濾速啟動、直接通入要處理的水逐步提高濾速啟動以及污泥接種三種方式進行對比，結果表明，直接以正常工作濾速啟動具有掛膜速度快、培養出的生物膜性能好的優點，是一種適合曝氣生物濾池深度處理的啟動方式。(3) 曝氣生物濾池處理性能的分析。主要對曝氣生物濾池處理COD、濁度、NH3-N、SS的性能及其影響因素進行了研究，結果表明：① 采用粒徑大小為2～4mm的陶粒為曝氣生物濾池的濾料，在填料高度2m，進水水力負荷1.6m3/(m2﹒h)時，
