歐萊斯MPB烤漆面金屬油墨

本產品是采用高級進口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成，用于各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面及烤（噴）漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優異的附著力。
油墨特性：
1、平光、附著力佳、耐汽油、耐化學品；
2、手感好，流平性佳、面光潔；
3、表面硬度好，耐沖擊性能強、抗刮傷；
4、耐汽油、耐酒精、耐化學品程度佳；
印刷：
選用網目為100-350目，以120T網紗計算涂覆蓋面積每公斤達30~35㎡。
表干時間自然揮發5-15分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內，48小時后達較佳性能。
1．用配套專用稀釋劑開油水
2．用718洗網水洗網。
3．或添加配套硬化劑10%可增加附著力,提高墨膜硬度。
4．烤箱80℃烘烤10分鐘佳能更優。
測試方法（完全干燥后）：
1．3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。

使用方法：
1．建議用我公司專用稀釋劑進行稀釋，不建議使用783慢干稀釋劑稀釋，使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時密封。
2．攪拌時加本公司配套開油水10-12%，稀釋到印刷適合粘度，移印稀釋使用移印專用稀釋劑；用718洗網水清洗。
3．不得與其它類型油墨混合使用，否則容易出現其他附著力，化學反應等不良現象。
4. 加入固化劑的油墨使用時限為8小時，過期請棄用，剩余油墨不可回收
注意事項：
1．各種承印物料的外觀相似，但可能會是不同的材料，客戶需先試印，確其符合要求后，再批量生產。
2．在移印過程中，如出現拉絲或散開，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可;
3．環境溫度過高，將會影響油墨原有質量。白色追趕150都會變色，烘烤時請用木質材料墊底進行烘烤，不得直接接觸鐵
4．根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗處15度-30度環境下存放
