 JYP系列插片式電源連接器采用彈片式結(jié)構(gòu)接觸件，具有集成化、體積小、承載電流大，插拔柔和、可盲插、可自身導(dǎo)向、動(dòng)態(tài)接觸、**性高等特點(diǎn)。采用進(jìn)口高導(dǎo)電性能銅合金材料 做導(dǎo)體，并在導(dǎo)體的接觸區(qū)域進(jìn)行鍍金處理。殼體采用耐高溫塑膠，玻纖加強(qiáng)，UL94-V，黑色。產(chǎn)品接觸件有信號(hào)、電源二種接觸規(guī)格，電源接觸件的中心距有5.08mm、6.35mm、7.62mm三種，在保持連接器外形尺寸和節(jié)點(diǎn)芯數(shù)不變的情況下，可以任意選擇電源和信號(hào)接觸點(diǎn)數(shù)量以及之間的配合順序。該系列產(chǎn)品可與FCI的PowerBlade系列、TYCO的Multi-Beam Xl系列MOLEX的E-87677&E-87710系列產(chǎn)品互換。該產(chǎn)品已取得UL認(rèn)證，認(rèn)證號(hào)：E358633

The contacts include power contact and ** contact, The distance of power contacts is 5.08mm, 6.35mm, 7.62mm, The quantity and sequence of the power and ** contacts could be ranged by the customer, at the same outer size of the connector. JYP series power connector could interchange with FCI PowerBlade series, TYCO Multi-Beam X1 series and MOLEX E-87677&E-87710 series connector.
