一、汽車工業領域 ( The car industry )
特點：
1、分散性好，優異的顏料分散技術，具有優秀物理化性質，確保了最佳的分散性，可以滿足汽車內飾件各種要求。

1. good dispersion, excellent pigment dispersion technology,great physical properties, to ensure the best dispersibility it can satisfy all car inner decoration requirements.

二、PU鞋底、皮革、發泡海綿領域 ( PU sole、leather and field of foam sponge )
特點：
1、屬反應型顏料體系色漿，根據客戶的需要調整色漿的黏度而不影響顏色效果。
2、可以預先加入預聚體中或由色漿泵加入注射機機頭自動混合。
3、與任何材料的內著色，不改變材料性質。
4、顏料的黏度及流動性隨生產條件調節，易于生產操作。
characteristics:
1. genus reactive printing ink pigment system, according to the customer's need to adjust the paste viscosity and does not affect the color effect.
2. can add to the pre polymers or in advance by paste pump mixed with automatic injection machine head.
3. with any coloring in PU material, will not change PU material properties.
4. paint viscosity and liquidity is adjustable based on the production condition and easy for operation.

三、壓克力領域 ( Acrylic areas )
特點：
1、具有耐熱、耐光、耐遷移性、耐酸堿，不影響基材內在結構。
2、相溶性極佳、粘度底、著色力。
3、選用高質量顏料，確保其優異的品質

1. with Heat resistance,light migration resistance and resistance to acid and alkali, does not affect the base material internal structure.

四、不飽和聚酯、色漿 ( Unsaturated polyester epoxy resin paste )
應用領域：
人造大理石、保齡球、紐扣、 SMC/BMC、大面積涂層、電子工業等
Application Fields :
Artificial marble,bowling,buttons, SMC/BMC,large area coating and electronic industries, etc
 
特點：
1、顏料含量高、黏度低。
2、優異的耐曬性、 耐候性、耐高溫。
3、色彩鮮艷，色牢度強

五、PU模內漆 ( PU inner mold paint )
一、化學性能
1、具有顏料含量高，低黏度，著色力強，顏色穩定；
2、具有優異的附著力、流動性，遮蓋力強，優良的耐候性和抗遷移性。
3、易于施工，漆膜平整光滑。
I. chemical properties
1. has a high pigment content, low viscosity, strong tinting strength, color stability.
2. excellent adhesion of liquidity, strong covering power, excellent weather resistance and transference resistance.
3.easy for construction, film level is even and smooth.
 
二、應用范圍
1、應用于PU大底、中底，PVC鞋底等鞋材噴涂；
2、使用范圍：-20℃-40℃干燥時間：25℃ 表干5分鐘，實干24-36小時，漆膜完全干燥時間不少于24小時；
3、使用前底材進行表面處理。雜質必須清除干凈烘干。
II. applied range
1 .used in the PU outsole midsole, PVC soles and other shoes material spraying.
2.Use scope: -20-40 degree drying time: 25 degree surface dry for 5 minutes, solid dry for 24 to 36 hours, paint film completely drying time not less than 24 hours.
3. clean the substrate surface before using,impurities must be removed before drying.
 
六、脫模劑 ( release agent )
一、化學性能
1、是一種改性聚二硅氧烷復合物，具有優異的脫模性能，快速成膜；
2、具有優異脫模和隔離效果與附著力，對模具無影響；易于噴涂，不影響制品連接性。
I. chemical properties
1. It is a kind of modified polydimethylsiloxane complexes, which has excellent demoulding performance and fast film forming.
2. has the excellent mold release and isolation effect and adhesion, but has no affect to mould; Easy to spray, do not affect products connectivity.
 
二、應用范圍
應用于（PU）領域，如鞋底、汽車配件、自結皮、非發泡產品等脫模。
II. applied range
Applications in the field of polyurethane (PU), such as demoulding of sole, car accessory,auto parts from skinning,non- foaming product etc.
 
七、耐黃變劑（過4-5級，已成熟應用）
Resistance to yellowing agent ( 4-5 grade, has been applied to mature ）
 
耐黃變劑是一種中性廣譜紫外線吸收劑，適用于吸收紫外線波長在290-390nm。具有吸收效率高、無毒、無致畸性副作用，對光、熱穩定性好等優點。
Resistance to yellowing agent is a kind of neutral broad spectrum UV absorber, applicable to absorb ultraviolet. light during the 290-390 - nm wavelength absorption. The advantage is with high absorbing, non-toxic ,no teratogenicity effects, light and good thermal stability.
 
優勢：
耐黃變劑（已過4-5級，已成熟應用）
Advantages:
Resistance to yellowing agent ( 4-5 grade, has been applied to mature ）
 
應用領域：
由于特性所致，幾乎所有產品都會隨著時間的推移而黃變。我們的抗黃變劑可以讓您在滿足客戶的黃變指標方面完全無后顧之憂。比如我們的 耐變黃劑可以在較低的添加量情況下達到4級黃變測試。
applied range：
Due to polyurethane characteristics, almost all PU product will turn yellow with the passage of time.However our product has the anti-yellowing characteristic which can make you satisfied with no concerns.,eg it can reach level 4 yellowing test when the resistance to yellowing agent is very low added to the product.
