Aramid Paper is a high temperature insulation paper made of pure meta-aramid fiber and

exhibits numerous excellent properties such as high strength, low deformation, heat

resistance, flame resistance, resistance to chemicals, good dielectric property.

芳綸紙是一種用純芳綸纖維制造的高溫絕緣紙，它表現出許多優良性能,如高強度、低變形、耐高溫,阻燃,耐化學品，良好的介電性質。

 

Thermal Stability：Outstanding thermal stability, long running in environment at 220℃

                Decomposition temperature 425℃

熱穩定性:**的熱穩定性,可以長時間運行在220℃環境中，分解溫度為425℃。

 

Electrical Insulation：Dielectric Strength : >10kV/mm

                  Good electrical properties during continuous operations at high temperature

電絕緣：         絕緣強度：10千伏/毫米

             良好的電氣性能，在高溫下連續作業

 

Flame Resistance：Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) > 28%, not melt or drip

                Flame rating V-0

阻燃性:極限氧指數(LOI)> 28%,不會融化或流滴

   火焰評級為V-0等級

 

Mechanical Properties：High tenacity and density, Smooth surface, Good toughness, high tensilestrength and tear strength

機械性能:高韌性高密度、表面光滑, 韌性好、高張力和拉伸強度

 

Chemical Stability：Excellent properties of resistance to some chemicals (Alkalis, Chemical Stability organic solvent)

化學穩定性: 優秀的耐化學品性能(堿、化學穩定性等有機溶劑)

 

Environment Protection：m-Aramid Paper has No Harmful mass (*** test report From European RoHS)

環保性:芳綸紙沒有有害的質量(歐洲RoHS ***測試報告)

 

 Application of m-Aramid Paper

芳綸紙的一些應用

Aramid Paper can be widely used in transformers. (dry, special type, microwave oven, welding)

Also aramid paper can used in lifting, Hauling, marine, wind power and motors, generators.

芳綸紙可廣泛應用于變壓器如(干燥、特殊類型、微波爐、焊接)。也可以用于起重、運輸、海洋、風力發電、汽車、發電機。
