【鋁鎂尖晶石的介紹】:

鋁礬土基燒結(jié)鋁鎂尖晶石才有AL2O3含量76%以上的**鋁礬土和MgO含量95%以上的**輕燒鎂粉,經(jīng)過多級(jí)均化工藝,在**高溫隧道窯中經(jīng)1800℃以上高溫?zé)Y(jié)而成。

鋁礬土基燒結(jié)鋁鎂尖晶石具有良好的抗侵蝕、抗腐蝕、抗剝落能力強(qiáng),抗渣性能好,抗磨蝕能力強(qiáng),熱穩(wěn)定性好。耐高溫等性能特點(diǎn)。是生產(chǎn)水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯高溫帶用鋁鎂尖晶石磚、鋼包襯磚、鋼包澆注料等耐火材料的理想原料。鋁鎂尖晶石廣泛用于耐火材料、鋼鐵冶煉、水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯及玻璃工業(yè)窯爐上。
鋁礬土基燒結(jié)鋁鎂尖晶石的性能與作用:
鋁鎂尖晶石具有良好的抗侵蝕能力、抗磨蝕能力、熱震穩(wěn)定性好。其主要的用途:一是代替鎂鉻砂制造鋁鎂尖晶石磚用于水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯,不但避免了鉻公害,而且具有良好的抗剝落性;二是鋁鎂尖晶石用于制作鋼包澆注料,大大提高鋼板襯的抗侵蝕能力。使其廣泛應(yīng)用于煉鋼用耐火材料。**預(yù)合成尖晶石的制取為不定形及定形高純耐火材料的生產(chǎn)提供了新的原料。

氧化鋁基電熔鋁鎂尖晶石是以純度≥98.5%的輕燒氧化鎂并配入適量的高純菱鎂礦(MgO>45.55%)等做配合料。在電弧爐內(nèi)經(jīng)高溫冶煉而成,可加工成不同規(guī)格的顆粒骨料和尖晶石細(xì)粉。
