一：機器詳細說明
1  上墨網紋輥：配陶瓷網紋輥,線數100PLI~1000PLI， 高速下網點再現率高,網版印刷層次分明,立體感強,套版準確
 2   油墨：采用自動循環系統，行墨采用單個小電機，電磁離合
 3   調速：采用日本變頻調速,運行波動小
 4   放卷糾編：采用**自動光電糾編控制系統 EPC
 5   放卷與收卷方式：采用磁粉自動張力控制
 6   上墨方式：公司*特設計的刮墨刀刮墨、并配備墨泵自動吸墨裝置。
 7   起版與落版：采用液壓式自動起落版
 8   光輥：采用特殊鋼材加工，并經過特殊工藝處理,并電鍍10絲厚的硬鉻保護層,跳動在0.02mm以下
 9   牽引導輥：采用半密封日本產小軸承,做靜平衡與動平橫處理,硬質氧化處理,阻力小,跳動小
 10  烘干裝置：設有抽風吹風發熱三套裝置,其中發熱采用*恒溫控制系統并分組控制
11.紫外線裝置一組。
