碳化硅簡介
碳化硅(SiC)是用石英砂、石油焦(或煤焦)、木屑為原料通過電阻爐高溫冶煉而成。碳化硅在大自然也存在**的礦物,莫桑石。 碳化硅又稱碳硅石。在當代C、N、B等非氧化物高技術耐火原料中,碳化硅為應用較廣泛、較經濟的一種??梢苑Q為金鋼砂或耐火砂。 碳化硅是用石英砂、石油焦(或煤焦)、木屑(生產綠色碳化硅時需要加食鹽)等原料在電阻爐內經高溫冶煉而成。目前我國工業生產的碳化硅分為黑色碳化硅和綠色碳化硅兩種,均為六方晶體,比重為3.20~3.25,顯微硬度為2840~3320kg/mm2

2.密度:46#粒度(代表號)綠碳化硅不小于3.18克/厘米3.黑碳化硅不小于3.12克/厘米.
3.粒度組成:應符合GB2477-83《磨料粒度及其組成》的規定
4.鐵合金粒的允許含量:30#及以粗的各號以不通過45#篩的鐵合金粒為零;36#至90#各號以下通過粒度檢查時較低層篩號的鐵合金粒為零;100#及以細各號以不通過粒度篩檢查時混合粒下層篩的鐵合金為零。
5.磁性物允許含量:12#至240#的磁性物含量不大于0.20%.

碳化硅用途
(1)作為磨料,可用來做磨具,如砂輪、油石、磨頭、砂瓦類等。
(2)作為冶金脫氧劑和耐高溫材料。
碳化硅主要有四大應用領域,即: 功能陶瓷、高級耐火材料、磨料及冶金原料。目前碳化硅粗料已能大量供應, 不能算高新技術產品,而技術含量較高 的納米級碳化硅粉體的應用短時間不可能形成規模經濟。
(3)高純度的單晶,可用于制造半導體、制造碳化硅纖維。
黑碳化硅稱為黑碳化硅粒度砂,黑碳化硅分黑碳化硅粒度砂和黑碳化硅微粉兩大類產品.
黑碳化硅粒度砂是用碳化硅自然塊經過粉碎,研磨,酸堿洗,水洗,烘干,篩分等工藝,原料:石英砂(Sio2)和無煙煤或石油焦(c),在攝氏1800度以上高溫條件下生成的非金屬礦產品,它具有硬度高,膨脹系數小,性脆,導熱性好等特點,廣泛應用于磨料磨具,電子產品研磨,耐火材料,特種陶瓷,泡沫陶瓷,涂料塑料添加改性,汽車配件,**航空,煉鋼用脫氧劑等。

耐火材料用碳化硅
在生產和加工碳化硅過程中有大量碳化硅含量90%以下的碳化硅形成與產出,俗稱為低硅.低含量碳化硅的主要用途為耐火材料行業,煉鋼行業的脫氧劑,炮泥,澆鑄料,鐵溝料.我公司每年有5000噸以上的低含量碳化硅供該類產品含量分布為:90%,88%,85%,80%,75%,70%,65%,60%,55%,50%,45%,40%.粒度以60#以細為主。
