性能特點：
 本機器采用鋼板焊接結構,機身采用有限元分析設計、振動時效*內應力，使機身穩定、**。
◎采用三點支撐滾動導輪，*支撐間隙，提高剪切精度。
◎刀架剪切角能在一定的范圍內調整，可使剪切材料變形量減小到理想狀態，又可剪切**厚板料。
◎剪切行程任意調整，提高了工作效率，又可實現分段剪切功能。
◎后擋料設計了手動抬升功能，便于**長板料剪切。
◎墻板內側設有手動加油泵，操作方便，**關鍵部位的潤滑。
◎插裝式液壓系統，減緩油溫提升，增強機床運行的**性和*性。
◎標配采用MD-100專用系統及PLC控制器，剪切計數、后擋料、剪切角及刀口間隙的調節直觀、簡單、方便。
◎可選用DAC310、DAC360數控系統以滿足更高精度要求的剪切和控制。

◎Using three-point rolling guide pulley can eliminate the support gap, and increase cutting precision.
◎Shearing angle can be adjusted within a certain range, which can reduce the shearing deformation of sheet metal and can shear much thicker sheet metal.
◎The shearing stroke can be adjusted at will, which raise the working efficiency and realize the function of partition cutting.
◎The backgauge is designed manual lifting function, which is convenient to shear long sheet metal.
◎Inside the wallboard manual petrol pump is installed, which makes operating convenient and lubricating reliable.
◎Plug in hydraulic system can make oil temperature become high slowly, meanwhile it enhance the reliability and safety operation of machine.
◎Standard machine is installed MD-100 dedicated system and PLC controller,Adjustment of shearing counting,back gauge,shearing angle and blade gap is simple and convenient.

擺式剪板機維護保養的方法
1、嚴格按照操作規程進行操作。
2、每次開機前按潤滑圖表要求定時、**、定量加潤滑油，油應清潔無沉淀。
3、機床**經常保持清潔，未油漆的部分應涂抹防銹油脂。
4、電動機軸承內的潤滑漾油要定期更換加注，并經常檢查電器部分工作是否正常***。
5、定期檢查鏈條、手柄、旋鈕、按鍵是否損壞，磨損嚴重的應及時更換，并報備件補充。
6、定期檢查修理開關、保險、手柄、**其工作**。
7、每天下班前10分鐘，對機床加油潤滑及擦洗清潔機床。
8、嚴禁非*人員操作該設備，平常**做到人離機停。
