產品特點PRODUCT FEATURES1、全自動掉管更換裝置，不需要人工穿紙管，自動掉桿、自動抽軸、無芯復卷、自動成型壓扁完成復卷后自動送出成品到切割儲紙平臺，真正達到了復卷主機無人操作性能。
2、復卷成型后自動送出系統，自動成型壓扁，采用氣動推料順利送出成品，較小推出成品直徑60mm。
3、自動修邊、噴膠、封口同步一次完成。該裝置替代傳統水線修邊，實現流行的修邊粘尾技術，成品留有10~18mm的紙尾，方便啟用，減少普通復卷機制作時紙尾的損耗，從而降低產品成本。
4、采用**的PLC編程技術，成品在復卷過程中實現先緊后松多級不同的松緊度，解決成品長時間儲存紙芯松離的現象。
5、原紙監控系統，在高速運轉的過程中對原紙實時監控，確保設備正常運轉。
6、高精度螺旋軟刀，3刀打孔噪音低、打孔更加清晰、機械式調節范圍更大。
7、三層臥式退紙架，氣動上紙，氣動式寬皮帶送紙，每卷原紙均有獨立張力調整裝置。
