性能特點：
YXZ系列旋轉式熱風循環烘烤爐分電熱式和燃油式二大類，可以用來烘干、烤制各種面包、蛋糕、肉制品及多種糕點面食。廣泛適用于食品廠、面包房、機關、單位、*的食堂，也適用于個體的食品加工廠，蛋糕房西餅屋的食品烘焙。
整機采用拼裝式結構,進口不銹鋼板材料制作，加配標準電氣元件。活動臺車式烤架，并采用掛鉤旋轉，鼓風式強制熱風循環系統加熱，大大提高了熱傳遞功效，縮短了加熱時間，以使更加節約能源。由于采用熱風旋轉加臺車旋轉，因此加熱**均勻，烘烤食品無色差。為了使烤制的食品口感更好，溫度更合適，在熱風的出口處設置風量調節及加濕裝置，特別合適用于烘烤蛋黃派蛋糕,法式面包，西點等。
