      鎂鋁尖晶石采用Al203含量76%以上的**礬土和MgO含量95%以上的**輕燒鎂粉，經過多級均化工藝，在**高溫隧道窯中經1800°C以上高溫燒結而成，體積密度大，礦物相含量高，晶粒發育良好，結構均勻，質量穩定。鎂鋁尖晶石具有良好的抗侵蝕，腐蝕、剝落能力強，抗渣性能好，抗磨蝕能力，熱震穩定性好，耐高溫等性能特點。是生產水泥回轉窯高溫帶用鎂鋁尖晶石磚、鋼包襯磚、鋼包澆注料等耐火產品的理想原料。鎂鋁尖晶石廣泛用于耐火材料、鋼鐵冶煉，水泥回轉窯及玻璃工業窯爐上。

   氧化鋁基電熔鋁鎂尖晶石的生產工藝與方法：
 
    氧化鋁基電熔鋁鎂尖晶石是以純度≥98.5%的輕燒氧化鎂并配入適量的高純菱鎂礦（MgO>45.55%)等做配合料。在電弧爐內經高溫冶煉而成，可加工成不同規格的顆粒骨料和尖晶石細粉。
 
   氧化鋁基電熔鋁鎂尖晶石的性能與應用:
 
    氧化鋁基電熔鋁鎂尖晶石具有耐高溫、體密大、吸水率低、熱膨脹系數小、熱穩定性好、抗侵蝕能力強的特點。是制造鑄滑板、水口磚、鋼包親磚和平爐爐磚的理想材料，鋁鎂尖晶石制品的高溫力學性能良好，也是大型水泥窯、中性水泥窯過渡帶親磚、耐火澆注料及高中窯具用的基本原料。廣泛用于鋼鐵冶煉、水泥回轉窯級玻璃工業窯爐上。
