鐵砂又名配重砂，由鐵丸經熱處理后破碎而成。硬度高、棱角鋒利，其破碎后形成的尖銳的邊緣使其具有高速噴刻蝕和刮削特性，特別用于對刻蝕和刮削要求較高的金屬表面處理，也用于室外噴砂作業的表面處理工程。鐵砂硬度適中、韌性強、抗沖擊、可連續幾次反復使用、壽命長、反彈性好、附著力強、清理速度快、砂耗低、不破碎、清理工件亮度大、效果好。
 
      鐵砂包括鐵砂丸、噴涂鐵砂、霧化鐵砂、配重鐵砂。表面粗糙度達25--100um，從而增加了金屬表面的接觸面，提高了涂抹的表面附著力，對細化金屬表面強化金屬結構，具有十分顯著的經濟效益，是目前國內外較**、較理想的清理噴拋、除銹和強化的**材料。
 
      鐵粉，灰色或黑色粉末，又稱“雙吸劑”，能夠吸收空氣中的水分和氧氣，常用于食品保鮮。還原鐵粉一般由四氧化三鐵在高熱條件下在氫氣流或一氧化碳氣流中還原生成，主要成分為結構疏松的單質鐵。由于還原鐵粉本身已為粉末狀，再加之其微觀結構又十分疏松，故其表面積極大。在化工生產及實驗室作業中常用作**還原劑。 還原鐵粉由于易氧化，故要粉碎分級**要在保護氣體的狀態下進行，一般要進行**微粉碎分級時是用JZDB氮氣保護粉碎分級機進行**微粉碎分級，如果只是要對還原鐵粉進行高精分級則只需用JZDF氮氣保護分級機即可。
