用途與特點：
此流水線適合大批量自動化生產，能制造出符合地區標準的優良瓦楞紙板，生產效率高，紙板質量好，采取集中控制，操作簡便，維修方便，***，大大降低了工人勞動強度。該生產線采用目前**較新節能方式，大大降低了能耗，有效的壓縮了生產成本，是當今理想的經濟型產品，適合大中型紙箱廠使用。
一、        整機總成100米左右。
二、        整機總功率210kw。
三、        液壓無軸支架：雙臂獨立升降。
四、        瓦楞機：瓦楞輥直徑280mm，電機功率11kw-30kw,采用變頻調速電機。
五、        雙層涂膠機：采用上、中兩層涂膠，下端面紙預熱輥。
六、        烘干機：總長度11米，由18快加熱板組成。氣動張緊裝置，
七、        壓輥系統液壓升降。
八、        定性部分：總長7米，由34對成型軸組成。
九、        縱切機：根據客戶要可選裝**薄刀和普通到兩種，自動化程度高，操作簡便。
十、        橫刀機：分為單雙電腦螺旋刀和直刀四種選配方式，供客戶選擇。
十一、             收紙機：有液壓式堆積機，直角輸紙機和龍門堆碼機供客戶選擇。

9、        Slitting machine: according to the customer to options thin knife and common to the two kinds, high automation degree, easy operation。
10、   Horizontal knife machine: is divided into four kinds of single and double spiral knife and computer straight knife matching approach, for customers to choose from.
11、   Closed machine: there are hydraulic piling machine, Angle machine and longmen stacking machine for customers to choose from.

用途與功能：
1、        材料選用**鉻鉬合金鋼。
2、        瓦楞形狀為**通用UV形，經精心設計，縮紙率低，壓制出紙板質量好，強度高。
3、        采用進口精密機床，**的成型磨削和電腦分度工藝，**楞型尺寸精度符合地區標準。
4、        楞齒表面經中頻猝火處理，硬度達到HV60度以上。上瓦楞輥有中高，顯腰鼓形，使用壽命長。
Function and feature
1、        The corrugated roller is made of high quality chrome molybdenum alloy steel.
2、        UV type is selected for corrugated roller, which are elaborately designed with lower take paper ratio and higher cardboard intensity.
3、        Corrugated roller ground with advanced molding and computer indexing technology which guarantee the size of corrugation reach to international standard.
4、        Surface is processed by intermediate frequency quenching heat treatment, hardness is at least HR60 ,which is characterized by perfect flute and long working life.
