性能特點(diǎn)：
 本機(jī)器采用鋼板焊接結(jié)構(gòu),機(jī)身采用有限元分析設(shè)計(jì)、振動(dòng)時(shí)效*內(nèi)應(yīng)力，使機(jī)身穩(wěn)定、**。
◎采用三點(diǎn)支撐滾動(dòng)導(dǎo)輪，*支撐間隙，提高剪切精度。
◎刀架剪切角能在一定的范圍內(nèi)調(diào)整，可使剪切材料變形量減小到理想狀態(tài)，又可剪切**厚板料。
◎剪切行程任意調(diào)整，提高了工作效率，又可實(shí)現(xiàn)分段剪切功能。
◎后擋料設(shè)計(jì)了手動(dòng)抬升功能，便于**長板料剪切。
◎墻板內(nèi)側(cè)設(shè)有手動(dòng)加油泵，操作方便，**關(guān)鍵部位的潤滑。
◎插裝式液壓系統(tǒng)，減緩油溫提升，增強(qiáng)機(jī)床運(yùn)行的**性和*性。

This machine adopts steel plate welding structure, the fuselage using the finite element analysis and design, Vibratory Stress Relief of internal stress, so that body stable and reliable.
◎Using three-point rolling guide pulley can eliminate the support gap, and increase cutting precision.
◎Shearing angle can be adjusted within a certain range, which can reduce the shearing deformation of sheet metal and can shear much thicker sheet metal.
◎The shearing stroke can be adjusted at will, which raise the working efficiency and realize the function of partition cutting.
◎The backgauge is designed manual lifting function, which is convenient to shear long sheet metal.
◎Inside the wallboard manual petrol pump is installed, which makes operating convenient and lubricating reliable.
◎Plug in hydraulic system can make oil temperature become high slowly, meanwhile it enhance the reliability and safety operation of machine.
◎Standard machine is installed MD-100 dedicated system and PLC controller,Adjustment of shearing counting,back gauge,shearing angle and blade gap is simple and convenient.
◎DAC310 and DAC360 control system is optional,which can meet demand for higher precision of cutting and control.
 
擺式剪板機(jī)維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的方法
1、嚴(yán)格按照操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行操作。
2、每次開機(jī)前按潤滑圖表要求定時(shí)、**、定量加潤滑油，油應(yīng)清潔無沉淀。
3、機(jī)床**經(jīng)常保持清潔，未油漆的部分應(yīng)涂抹防銹油脂。
4、電動(dòng)機(jī)軸承內(nèi)的潤滑漾油要定期更換加注，并經(jīng)常檢查電器部分工作是否正常***。
5、定期檢查鏈條、手柄、旋鈕、按鍵是否損壞，磨損嚴(yán)重的應(yīng)及時(shí)更換，并報(bào)備件補(bǔ)充。
6、定期檢查修理開關(guān)、保險(xiǎn)、手柄、**其工作**。
7、每天下班前10分鐘，對機(jī)床加油潤滑及擦洗清潔機(jī)床。
8、嚴(yán)禁非*人員操作該設(shè)備，平常**做到人離機(jī)停。
