Printing part functions:
 
1.      This machine is common printing machine of chain feeding.
2.      Adopt heavy rail to ensure the equipment’s stability of working and separating.
3.      Pneumatic diaphragm pump give the ink, you can adjust the flow of the ink at will to improve ink evenness (not including air pump)
4.      Adopts 360 degrees computer numerical control rapid phase adjustment, reading dial set, with an automatic counting device.
5.      The rocker panel design and all the gears transmission to reduce the errors of color-matching. When adjust the axis space, the meshing gap remains the same.
6.      The paper-feeding way was designed to cross slipper to strengthen the accuracy.
7.      The gears are steel parts quenched, ensure service life.
8.      Ink roller part can rise pneumatically and run alone, in case printing ink dries up when the machine stop.
9.      Every unit electrical separating and automatic locking, relaxing, with the alarm hints.
10.  Every unit is separated by electric, equipped with disc spring type clutch.
11.  Equipped with synchronous blade adjustment, reduce the time of adjustment to improve production efficiency.
12.  Slotting, creasing and gap adjusting adopt self-locking structure.
13.  Use spray pump group oil supplying to improve equipment lubrication.
14.  All the equipment use cold-drawing (not galvanized tube) adjustment to reduce twisting error.
15.  The diameter of coining shaft and paper shaft are both 130mm.
