  我的東西被海關扣了該怎么辦？

  在上海東西被扣類型大概有兩種：

被扣原因（The reason for being detained by customs）：

 有很多原因都會導致海關扣貨。比如查驗發現你的貨有問題，跟申報的東西不符合。或者原產地、品牌型號不符等等。也有可能是懷疑你的HS編碼不對，說你逃稅。再有就是說你的貨物侵犯了別人的知識產權之類的。反正這年頭只要海關覺得你這物品有商業價值就找找你報關交稅...
