產(chǎn)品說明： 此產(chǎn)品為單液型硅膠絲印油墨，與硅膠有良好的粘接性，適用于硅膠基材表面各種顏色的絲印。主要優(yōu)點(diǎn)： 環(huán)保 極佳的附著力 優(yōu)異的色澤效果 保存方式： 未開包裝,儲(chǔ)存于0℃-5℃,使用壽命為6個(gè)月。包裝方式： 1KG/罐 使用方法： 1、油墨從冰箱取出后，加入適量的無(wú)味煤油進(jìn)行稀釋攪拌。2、待油墨完全攪拌均勻后，即可倒入網(wǎng)板上，將油墨絲印于基材上。3、A、立式烤箱，180℃-200℃，進(jìn)行加硫20-25分鐘即可固化。B、臥式烤箱，220℃-240℃進(jìn)行6-8分鐘即可固化。注意事項(xiàng)： 1、保持良好的操作環(huán)境，注意通風(fēng)，避免接觸火種與高溫物品。2、使用后剩余的油墨不宜倒回原包裝內(nèi)共同儲(chǔ)存。3、保持室內(nèi)溫度和環(huán)境,絲印油墨不宜長(zhǎng)時(shí)間放置網(wǎng)板上。以免油墨暴露在高溫下易引發(fā)油墨基體加速固化及空氣中的塵埃吸附于油墨Product Description: This product is a single liquid silicone screen printing ink, and silica gel has good adhesion, suitable for silica gel substrate surface color screen.
