巴斯夫Elastollan系列TPU簡介
TPU(Thermoplastic polyurethanes)名稱為熱塑性彈性體橡膠。主要分為有聚酯型和聚醚型之分，它硬度范圍寬（60HA-85HD）、耐磨、耐油，透明，彈性好，在日用品、體育用品、玩具、裝飾材料等領域得到廣泛應用，無鹵阻燃TPU還可以代替軟質PVC以滿足越來越多領域的環保要求。熱塑性彈性體(Thermoplastic polyurethane) ：所謂彈性體是指玻璃化溫度低于室溫度,斷裂伸長率>50%,外力撤除后復原性比較好的高分子材料。彈性體是彈性體中比較特殊的一大類，彈性體的硬度范圍很寬，性能范圍很寬，所以彈性體是介于橡膠和塑料的一類高分子材料。
TPU的主要特性有：
硬度范圍廣：通過改變TPU各反應組分的配比，可以得到不同硬度的產品，而且隨著硬度的增加，其產品仍保持良好的彈性和耐磨性。
機械強度高：TPU制品的承載能力、抗沖擊性及減震性能**。
耐寒性**：TPU的玻璃態轉變溫度比較低，在零下35度仍保持良好的彈性、柔順性和其他物理性能。
加工性能好：TPU可采用常見的熱塑性材料的加工方法進行加工，如注塑、擠出、壓延等等。同時，TPU與某些高分子材料共同加工能夠得到性能互補的聚合物合金。
耐油、耐水、耐霉菌。再生利用性好。

TPU作為彈性體是介于橡膠和塑料之間的一種材料，這從它的剛性看出來，TPU的剛性可由彈性模量來度量。橡膠的彈性模量通常在1~10Mpa，TPU在10~1000Mpa，塑料（尼龍，ABS，PC，POM）在1000~10000Mpa。TPU 的硬度范圍相當寬，從Shore A 60~Shore D 80并且在整個硬度范圍內具有高彈性；TPU在很寬的溫度范圍內-40~120℃，具有柔性，而不需要增塑劑； TPU對油類（礦物油，動植物油脂和潤滑油）和許多溶劑有良好的抵抗能力；TPU 還有良好的耐天候性，較優的耐高能射線性能。眾所周知的耐磨性，抗撕裂性，屈擾強度都是優良的；拉伸強度高，伸長率大，長期壓縮*變形率低等都是TPU的顯著優點。
這里介紹的TPU性能包括三個方面：力學性能，物理性能和環境性能。
可加熱塑化，化學結構上沒有或很少交聯，其分子基本是線性的，然而卻存在一定的物理交聯。這類稱為TPU 。

Elastollan 1175A10W is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) containing a plasticizer. 
Elastollan 1180A10 is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is specifically formulated for extruded profile, sheet and film applications. 
Elastollan 1185A10FHF is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) containing a non-halogenated fire retardant. It is specifically formulated for wire and cable jacketing, extruded profile, sheet and film applications. 
Elastollan 1185A10XU is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) with UV stabilizer and a MFI value of 41-60 (at 190°C/21.6 kg). 
Elastollan 1185A50V is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It exhibits excellent abrasion resistance, toughness, transparency, low temperature properties, hydrolytic stability, and fungus resistance. 
Elastollan 1190A10 is a polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). It is specifically formulated for extruded profile, sheet and film applications.
