韓國知識經濟部(MKE)于2008年8月25日宣布，國家標準**將在2009年7月至2010年12月實行一個新的國家統一認證標志，名為"KC Mark"標志。

新標志叫做KC Mark，代表Korea Certification?，F行的13種強制標志將被較終統一到這個新標志下。

此舉措帶來的一個結果是，減少供應商在認證費用方面的支出，使韓國KC Mark逐步成為一個世界品牌的認證。但是有個缺點，較近剛剛頒布的KCC標志，將只能實行幾年而已，較終將被統一到這個新的KC標志下。

根據《韓國電氣用品安全管理法》規定，自2009年1月1日起電氣用品安全認證分為強制性認證及自律(自愿)性認證兩種。

強制性認證是指:屬于強制性產品中的所有電子類產品必須獲得KC Mark認證后才可以在韓國市場上銷售.每年需要接受工廠審查和產品抽檢測試。

自律(自愿)性認證是指:屬于自愿性產品中的所有電子類產品只需測試獲得證書，不需要接受工廠審查。證書有效期為5年。

KC認證工廠審查**審廠要求:

韓國安全法規定在接受申請之后，授權之需要對工廠進行**工廠審查。按照安全法的要求項目，對工廠的品質控制系統進行初步的評估，涉及的方面有以下幾個:

工廠應按照產品認證實施規測和工廠質量**能力要求生產與經認證機構確認合格的樣品一致的認證產品。根據韓國安全認證相關的法律和韓國產業技術試驗院(KTL)的有關規定，貴工廠應有以下的文件化的程序或規定，內容應與工廠質量管理和產品質量控制相適應:

1) 產品變更控制程序(例:認證產品變更申報得到認證機構的批準后,該當部門應嚴格按照得到批準的變更內容制定相應的技術文件發放到相關部門以正確實施認證產品的變更。未獲批準的變更,不能在變更產品上施加認證標志。)

2) 文件和資料控制程序

3) 質量記錄控制程序{應包括記錄的保存期限至少為3 年(只需進貨,例行和運行檢驗記錄)}

4) 例行檢驗和確認檢驗程序

5) 不合格品控制程序

6) 關鍵元器件和材料的檢驗或驗證程序

7) 內部質量審核程序

8) 工藝作業指導書 檢驗標準,儀器設備操作規程,管理制度等程序工廠應保存至少包括以下的質量記錄，以證實工廠確實進行了全部的生產檢查和生產試驗，質量記錄應真實有效

9) 產品例行檢驗和確認檢驗記錄;關鍵元器件和材料的進貨檢驗/驗證記錄及供貨商提供的合格證明

① 檢驗和試驗設備定期進行校準或檢定的記錄;

② 例行檢驗和確認(運行)檢驗記錄;

③ 生產線(車間)上的安全設備的日常點檢記錄;

④ 不合格品(進貨,例行和運行)的處置記錄;

⑤ 內部審核的記錄;

⑥ 顧客投訴就采取糾正措施的記錄;

⑦ 運行檢驗的不合格糾正記錄;

年度工廠審查要求:

在證書授權之后，認證機構每年會對工廠進行一次年度跟蹤審查，主要目的是查看工廠的質量控制系統的一致性，是否能夠持續符合安全法的標準。

年度工廠審查事項分為兩部分

1) 對質量文件，質量記錄，制造現場的相關內容的查看，要求和內容基本與初期審查一樣。

2) 需要確認工廠所有獲得KC Mark 授權的產品的一致性。根據產品的授權證書附頁(關鍵元器件列表)，對認證產品的關鍵元器件，材質，電路，結構等進行確認，看是否一致。

抽樣要求:

列入KC Mark 強制認證范圍內的產品到現在為止共有216 種，韓國安全法規定每年對所有種產品進行抽樣，故每種產品每年有一次抽樣。

抽樣方式是;

由工廠審查員在年度審查時進行，現場有生產或者有庫存時，審查員封樣，工廠3 個月之內將樣品送往*地址。

工廠審查時沒有生產或庫存時，工廠須于6 個月之內將*樣品送往*地址。
