免烘烤陽極氧化鋁油墨

【油墨特性】
該油墨采用高級進口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成。對金屬材質面具有優異的附著力和耐化學品性。其具有耐溶劑、耐沖壓、耐彎曲，硬度好，涂層表面光滑。較適合于金屬表面裝飾。
 
【適用材料】
鐵材、鋁材、鋼材、合金、電鍍(含水電鍍)、金屬、陽極氧化鋁表面、不銹鋼表面、靜電噴漆面及烤漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優異的附著力。

 易拉罐、精密手表、金屬工具、標牌/銘牌、天花吊頂板/扣板等。
 
【基本性能】
承印物：電鍍材料
印刷后自然揮發干燥,表干需5-10分鐘，實干24小時。
或150℃烘烤30分鐘。
冷確48小時后進行性能測試：

【保質期】
  5℃—25℃條件下可存放兩年，避免強光照射、防接觸強酸、強堿。
 
【注意事項】
1、該油墨屬于單組份自干型油墨，嚴格測試性能須在印刷后48小時以上再進行。
2、使用前充分攪拌，用后隨時封閉。
3、不得與其它類型油墨混合使用。
4、套色印刷應等前面印的顏色表干20分鐘后再套印下一顏色，一定待油墨完全干燥后再進行包裝。

It has solvent resistance, stamping resistance, bending resistance, good hardness and smooth surface. It is most suitable for metal surface decoration.

[basic performance]
Substrate: electroplating material
It will naturally evaporate and dry after printing. It takes 5-10 minutes to dry the table for 24 hours.
Bake for 30 minutes at 150 degrees centigrade.
Performance test after 48 hours cold.

[shelf life]
It can be stored for two years at 5 - 25 - C to avoid strong light, contact strong acid and strong alkali.

[cautions]
1, the ink is one from a dry ink, strict performance test shall be printed after more than 48 hours and then.
2, full agitation before use, after use at any time closed.
3, not to be mixed with other types of ink.
4, the color printing should wait for the color table in front of the front for 20 minutes and then set the next color. It must be packed after the ink is completely dry.
