整改案例
客戶：成都某**醫療器械公司
產品：低溫等離子體滅菌器
整改：輻射，傳導不過，ESD 介紹：產品是低溫等離子滅菌器，會產生高壓電等離子，有個三相電機產生低溫，還有一個工控機，還有一個讀卡器，幅射，傳導**標很多，而EFT和ESD干擾的時候會停機。打開EUT，拿到原理圖和電路圖使用測試儀器分析發現以下問題：1，等離子的高壓輸出產生很大干擾。2，工控機的幾根信號線有比較大的輻射問題。3工控機沒有接地。因為配件都不是客戶生產，客戶不能整這些配件，就用以下的處理手段：在等離子高壓輸出線上做屏蔽，在工控機的輸出線上加磁環，把工控機的鐵殼接地，在三相電源輸入加濾波器，在等離子高壓器的電源輸入加濾波器。后測試EMC所有項目合格。
客戶：深圳某著名醫療設備公司
產品：心電圖機幅射
整改：ESD,EFT測試電腦的數據會中斷，后電腦軟件會死.介紹：是一款筆記本配心電圖機，是USB供電和通信，在筆記本電腦上軟件處理，因為客戶說明要在家使用，所以要過CLASS B，測試后發現幅射，ESD,EFT過不了。 看到輻射的數據就發現，數據是USB通信的倍頻，所以就把輻射問題分類到USB線材和USB端口處理，后把USB線材換一根好的，在EUT和PC兩端加磁環，幅射就測過。但ESD，EFT還是一樣電腦通信會中斷，軟件會死機。后使用信號去探測發現，心電圖機的USB通信模塊晶振信號很敏感，后在晶振信號上加TVS管，問題解決。
