Our company develop and design all kinds of plastic mold, medical equipment fittings mold, household appliances fittings mold, and auto parts molds, tableware mold, all kinds of metal stamping molds. We can make the production according to customers’ drawing and product-samples.The commonly used mold material are: 45 #, P20, 2738, 2316, 718, NAK80, S136, etc. Generally, it is better to use material P20 and 2738 for tube molds. These two kinds of material have reasonable price, they also can make the product surface to achieve a certain degree of smoothness. It is better to use material 2316 and 718 for high internal demand product especially gears. If you want to have more guarantee of the product, you may choose material NAK80.
