軋機(jī)上使金屬產(chǎn)生連續(xù)塑性變形的主要工作部件和工具。軋輥主要由輥身、輥頸和軸頭3部分組成。

輥身是實(shí)際參與軋制金屬的軋輥中間部分。它具有光滑的圓柱形或帶軋槽的表面。輥頸安裝在軸承中，并通過(guò)軸承座和壓下裝置把軋制力傳給機(jī)架。

(2)半硬輥：肖氏硬度約為40一60，用于大型、中型、小型型鋼軋機(jī)和鋼板輪機(jī)的租軋機(jī)。

(3)硬面輥：肖氏硬度約為60一85，用于薄板、中板、中型型鋼和小型型鋼軋機(jī)的稿軋機(jī)及四輥軋機(jī)的支撐輥。

(4)特硬輥le氏硬度約為85—100，用于冷軋機(jī)。
