立式精密板框過濾器，它由外殼體和內殼體與法蘭連接后形成一個封閉容器，熱水進口與熱水出口形成一個加溫循環系統，當熱蒸汽或熱水從熱水進口進入到封閉容器（夾層）內，內殼體由于熱蒸汽或高溫熱水不斷循環受熱的作用下，使粘度較大的液體和結晶的液體*溶解，達到正常的效果。
