棕剛玉以優(yōu)質(zhì)鋁礬土為主要原料，通過采用在電弧冶煉爐2200℃以上高溫中提純、除雜、結(jié)晶、冷卻、破碎、分選、磁選、篩分等生產(chǎn)工藝制成各種顆粒、細(xì)粉。
棕剛玉分類：
按冶煉方式分為傾倒?fàn)t和固定爐
按顆粒形狀分為巴馬克砂、對(duì)輥砂和球磨砂
按照氧化鋁含量不同分為：一級(jí)棕剛玉、二級(jí)棕剛玉、三級(jí)棕剛玉
一級(jí)棕剛玉多用于耐火材料、陶瓷磨具、精密鑄造等行業(yè)
二級(jí)棕剛玉多用于樹脂磨具、拋光除銹、耐磨地坪等行業(yè)
