各地區材料價格不同，成本各異，以石粉材料為例，其工業廢渣為煤矸石發電后的矸石渣，下面就有原料、電費、工人工資、設備折舊四部分核算成本：

電  費	半自動JF－QT5-20B型磚機為例：磚機實際用電量為35千瓦左右每小時，（只有油泵7.5千瓦長期運轉），每天10個小時的用電量是350度，每度電費為1元計算，電費共計350元（可生產標磚60000塊左右）                                                                                                                                     	0.005元	
原料計算	（1）我們以爐灰渣做為主要原材料來舉例，生產標磚一方原材料一般需要添加250斤左右的水泥（這要根據您所需要達到的強度來定）

(3)綜上一方原材料的費用總計：77.5元
(4)經實踐，一方原材料可以生產標磚530塊左右
(5)一方原材料成本÷一方原材料所生產磚數=一塊磚的原材料成本	0.146元	
利潤分析	本地區的標磚價格在0.25元左右，每天60000塊的利潤是【0.25-0.164】*60000=5160元，一月按25個工作日25*5160=129000元，原材料配比及成本要根據各地區的實際情況和生產磚所需要達到的強度來定，因為各地的情況是有差別的，【以上數據是較簡單配置的人工數量，配套設施的增加還能相應減少人力】此核算僅為參考.
