各地區(qū)材料價(jià)格不同，成本各異，以石粉材料為例，其工業(yè)廢渣為煤矸石發(fā)電后的矸石渣，下面就有原料、電費(fèi)、工人工資、設(shè)備折舊四部分核算成本：

電  費(fèi)	半自動(dòng)JF－QT5-20B型磚機(jī)為例：磚機(jī)實(shí)際用電量為35千瓦左右每小時(shí)，（只有油泵7.5千瓦長期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)），每天10個(gè)小時(shí)的用電量是350度，每度電費(fèi)為1元計(jì)算，電費(fèi)共計(jì)350元（可生產(chǎn)標(biāo)磚60000塊左右）                                                                                                                                     	0.005元

利潤分析	本地區(qū)的標(biāo)磚價(jià)格在0.25元左右，每天60000塊的利潤是【0.25-0.164】*60000=5160元，一月按25個(gè)工作日25*5160=129000元，原材料配比及成本要根據(jù)各地區(qū)的實(shí)際情況和生產(chǎn)磚所需要達(dá)到的強(qiáng)度來定，因?yàn)楦鞯氐那闆r是有差別的，【以上數(shù)據(jù)是較簡單配置的人工數(shù)量，配套設(shè)施的增加還能相應(yīng)減少人力】此核算僅為參考.
