    1,成型機機架：采用高強型鋼及特種焊接工藝制造,較其堅固。

2,導向柱：采用**強特種鋼材制成,表面鍍鉻具有良好的抗扭與**能力。
3,模具壓頭：機電液壓同步驅動,同一托板制品高度誤差較小,產品一致性好。
4,布料器：采用傳感與液壓比例驅動技術,在擺動式布料車作用下強制離心泄料,布料**均勻,對簿壁多排孔制品特別有利。
5,振動器：采用電液壓技術驅動,多源式振動系統,在電腦控制上由液壓驅動產生垂直同步振動,頻輔可調,實現低頻加料,高頻成型的工作原理,對不同原材料可獲得良好振實效果,振動加速度可達17.5個級。

6,貯料分料裝置：由電腦控制物料供給,避免物料受外因內壓,確保供料均勻一致,使制品強度誤差較少。

只要您當地有粉煤灰,爐渣,煤矸石,礦渣,灰砂,碎石子,尾礦,沙子,石粉,建筑垃圾中的1—2種,都可以用來做磚,我們技術部給您提供合理的制磚配方,**磚制品的質量合格。 
客戶問答：免燒磚和粘土紅磚比較,其強度怎樣？其使用壽命怎樣？ 
答：粘土燒結磚(240×115×53mm)標號一般為75號到100號。而利用我公司技術生產免燒磚都嚴格按照100號以上標準設計,其強度*達到地區標準,較高抗壓強度可達18Mpa。由于粉煤灰等材料的火山灰活性反應,生成水化硅酸鈣和鋁酸鈣凝膠填充孔隙,增強了粘結力,促進強度的長期增長和固化物具有較好的耐久性,耐腐蝕性和穩定性。理論和實踐均證明,其后期強度不斷增長,使用
