錳砂濾料簡介：
錳砂濾料是采用國內**錳砂礦、晶粒致密、機械強度大、化學活性強、不易破碎、不溶于水的天然錳礦砂。經水洗打磨除雜、破碎、干燥、磁選、篩分、除塵等工藝加工成砂。再把加工好的錳砂按一定的級配調合而成。它具有水處理濾料較理想的級配比例，使它在單位體積內有較大的比表面積、較強的截污能力、較大的氧化催化作用和較小的反沖洗流失率。 
錳砂濾料外觀黑褐色，近圓形，主要成份是二氧化錳，含量在35%-45%之間。 
錳砂濾料的使用方法：
采用錳砂濾料處理地下水，工藝簡單，操作方便，工程造價低，長效穩定，服務周期在5年以上，易于管理，不填加任何化學藥劑即可達到去除水中鐵、錳、砷等有害物質的目的，水質*達到地區飲用水標準，是非常好的地下水處理濾料。 
錳砂里面含的天然二氧化錳能氧化水中二階鐵并沉淀除掉，使水清凈。既可用于地下水除鐵，又可用于地下水除錳；我廠生產的錳砂濾料是采用**天然錳礦石為原料，經機械破碎多次篩選而成，外觀粗糙多棱角，呈褐色，晶粒致密、硬度高、耐腐蝕、損失少、使用壽命長，在水中浸泡不溶解、過濾水中含錳量不增加，天然錳砂可說是較難溶于水的凈化劑。具有良好的除鐵、除錳性能，是地下水和工業用水含鐵離子和錳離子進行除鐵、除錳處理的*產品。 
當前使用天然錳砂除鐵原理有二種：
一種是錳砂表面有一層活性濾膜，可起到很強的氧化作用；
另一種是錳砂本身對鐵質起催化作用，將水中的二價鐵催化成三價鐵，并使三階鐵質附著于錳砂顆粒表面，起到除鐵的目的。含量30%的天然錳砂濾料，只宜用于地下水除鐵。
