網(wǎng)框固定方式*特，卸網(wǎng)、裝網(wǎng)1--3分鐘，手工花色對位2--5分鐘，一般不塞網(wǎng)、擦網(wǎng)不取網(wǎng)，卸網(wǎng)再裝網(wǎng)對位精度不變。標(biāo)尺+絲桿調(diào)位，對位精度0.02mm
Net frame is fixed by a unique way, it only needs 1--3minutes to unload ,assemble net and manual registration of design and color needs 2--5minutes.Under normal circumstances,the registration accuracy will not change if you do not plug,wipe or take the net or unload the net and then assemble the net. Sale and screw positioning,the registration accuracy is about 0.02mm.

  Touch screen: people can choose a variety of printing patterns, and free to set the speed , the time needed to dry ,the number of scraper andplate preheatingof the machine and other functions. It can check and display on its own when the machine is broken down and trained to operate the process of the machine.Moreover,it possesses many other functions such as displaying the speed of production and total yield at the moment when it begins to work.
 
 
六、印刷工位printing station
每個(gè)工位均可獨(dú)立操控：手動印花，手動烘干，可方便的進(jìn)行投入切出并對整合設(shè)備進(jìn)行停啟操作。刮刀停留位，刮墨刀，回墨刀，壓力及高度獨(dú)立可調(diào)。Each station can be operated and controlled independently: manual printing, manual drying, it is easy to input and cut out ;what is more,it can start or end the equipment of integration .The staying position of scraper ,scraping knife, ink knife, pressure and height can be adjusted independently.
