   MT -6500型織帶印花機恒溫采用較**控制系統、控制方式:采用微電腦PID模糊運算控制方式,可根椐外部的環境及，設備的類型來自動設置其內部參數,使其達到較佳值。控制精度:可達正負0.2度，時間全數字化顯示，恒溫效果好，使用壽命:設計使用壽命為10年。

MT -6500型織帶印花機采用**的控制方式實現了高轉矩、高精度、寬調速驅動，能夠滿足各種織帶，松緊帶，緞帶，雪絲帶等要求的印花數度。通過空間電壓矢量PWM控制和無速度傳感器矢量控制技術及電磁兼容性整體設計，滿足客戶對適用場所的大轉矩低噪音、低電磁干擾的環保要求。
MT -6500 Lanyard Printing Machine adopt the advanced control system to achieve high torque, high precision and wide-speed drive, will meet the printing speed requirements of a variety of lanyard, elastic band, ribbon, snow ribbon and so on. It is control through space voltage vector PWM, speed sensor less vector control and the overall design of electromagnetic compatibility to meet environmental requirements of high torque with low noise and low electromagnetic interferences.

1）材料定位系統
MT -6500型織帶印花機采用垂直三重定位，對位準，整卷，多條同時轉印速度快，效益高！【適用于：各種手機掛帶，鞋帶，腰帶，松緊帶，，雪絲帶，商標等產品的轉印】

MT-6500LanyardPrinting Machine adopts triple vertical positioning system. accurate positioning, entire roll, high speed of more than one rolls printing simultaneously, high profits.

2）轉印紙定位系統
MT -6500型織帶印花機采用氣脹軸加脹力調節器特點：
軸主體采用**鋼管，表面鍍鉻，鋁制凸鍵伸縮靈活；配置**橡膠內膽與**充排氣氣嘴，密封效果好，使用壽命長，可拆卸軸頭，維修方便。充氣后單邊膨脹高度可達5mm至6mm，比如膨脹前直徑為74mm至75mm，膨脹后直徑可達79mm至82mm，特殊膨脹高度，另行要求。3英寸鍵式氣脹軸，通常使用卷管內徑76mm。可滿足客戶印刷面積不受限制收放卷軸、能有效提高工效。
特征：在印刷過程中印花紙才不會左右偏移，原始的要幾個人操作有啦以上2個定位系統現在只需要1個人就可以操作啦。印刷速度也有所提高.
  Transfer Printing Paper Positioning System:
MT -6500 Lanyard Printing Machine adopts air shafts increasing expansion force conditioner.
Main body of axis is made by high quality steel tube, coated by chrome on surface. scalable and flexible aluminum cam key; high-quality rubber internal bladder; quick charge and exhaust gas nipple; good sealing effect; long serviceable life; dismountable axle housing convenient to repair. The expansion height of single side could be 5mm-6mm after being inflatable. For example, if its diameter was 74mm-75mm, after be inflatable it would be 79mm-82mm. Special expansion height should be required separately. 3-inch button style air shafts; 76mm usually inside diameter; It can meet the different requirements of printing area, and highly improve efficiency.
Features: Printing paper will not shift around in printing process. Old model machine needs several workers to operate, but our machine needs only one worker with two positioning system mentioned above. Printing speed has been improved also.
4        毛毯校正系統
Blanket correction system:
MT -6500毯帶脫離式,毛毯采用同步調節，并且帶有壓力平衡桿，確保每次毛毯和加熱筒壓力一致，**解決啦在關機或停電時毛毯降溫的問題，更好的保護毛毯帶。
MT -6500 separation formula blanket, blankets adopt synchronous adjustment system and pressure balance bar to ensure that the blankets got the same pressure as the heating roller. This technique which provide better protection of blankets completely solved the cooling problem of blankets when the machine shut down or power failure happened.
