HS1100為含氟的拒水拒油整理劑，適用于天然纖維、化學纖維，及混紡織物的整理，處理后的織物具有優異的**、防油效果，并且具有很好的耐洗性能，并且加工后的織物手感柔軟。

使用方法
 
拒水拒油整理劑HS1100處理織物的方法通常為浸軋法，具體用量、用法根據織物的品種、密度、克重而定。
 
1．純棉織物：
用量： 15~50g/l
工藝流程：
浸軋（軋液率：60~70%）      烘干（100℃×2~3min）    焙烘（150℃×3min，,或180℃x30s）
2.滌綸織物：
  用量： 10~30g/l
工藝流程：
  浸軋（軋液率：60~70%）    烘干（110℃×2~3min）    焙烘（170℃×1min,或180℃~190℃x30s）
3．錦綸織物：
用量： 10~40g/l
工藝流程：
浸軋（軋液率：60~70%）      烘干（110℃×1~2min）    焙烘（170℃×1min,或180℃~190℃x30s）
4．滌/棉混紡織物：
用量： 20~50g/l
工藝流程：
浸軋（軋液率：60~70%）    烘干（110℃×2~3min）      焙烘（170℃×1min,或180℃~190℃x30s）
 
注意事項：
1、要保持溶液pH值范圍在5～7之間，用于羊毛、尼龍纖維時浸浴的PH值在4．5～5．5。如pH值大于8，則加少量醋酸調節。
2、加入少量交聯劑（FBA 3～6g/L），可以顯著提高耐洗滌牢度。
