適用于化妝品廠、藥廠的膏、霜類產品的生產，尤其對基質粘度
大，固料含量比較高的物料乳化配制較顯功效。
 
優點
機組采用上部同軸三重型攪拌器，液壓升降開蓋，**均質攪拌器轉
速：0-3500r/min（變頻調速）、慢速刮壁攪拌器轉速：0-63r/min（變頻
調速）、均質器采用高剪切渦流式乳化攪拌機，慢速刮壁攪拌自動緊貼
鍋底及鍋壁。采用真空吸料，特別對粉體物料利用真空吸入避免粉塵飛
揚。整個工序在真空條件下進行，防止物料在高速攪拌后產生氣泡，能
達到衛生無菌要求。本機組*符合GMP要求制造。
