     質量控制Quality control:
     為了**質量受控，我們采購了德國制造的三坐標（三次元）測量機，它的測量精度是2.0+L、300um,測量范圍是X=500mm,Y=500mm,Z=500mm.這臺測量機非常適合于測量小型零件--使得精度肉眼可見。

   我們現場的工作人員受過三年的**的教育，并且有良好的培訓，使得他們在客戶服務的時候得心應手！我們的工程師使用現代的設計軟件并熟悉自動化系統的各種要求，為客戶提供自動化部件和系統的原始設計，幫助客戶實現整體的自動化設備的設計目標。也可以按照客戶的要求進行工程設計，為客戶解決項目開發中的各種問題，也就是ODM。  我們的團隊對加工各種材料有豐富的經驗，從鋁合金，銅到硬度高達HRC62的模具材料以及鈦合金，高溫合金lnconel等。德國制造的五軸加工中心，X,X,Z采用直線電機驅動，可以達到±0.005mm,五軸加工的狀態下可以達到±0.02mm.
   德國制造的四軸加工中心和車削中心。對于四軸加工的部件，我們可以達到±0.01mm公差，對車削類零件，我們得以達到±0.002的真圓度和±0.005的苛刻公差，高精度的測量機是產品加工結果的較終**。

Our team has rich experience to processing a variety of materials, from aluminum alloy, copper to hardness up to HRC62 mould materials and titanium alloy, high temperature alloy lnconel, etc. Made in Germany in the five axis machining center, X, X, Z driven by linear motor, can achieve + / - 0.005 mm, of five-axis machining condition can be + / - 0.02 mm.
