用途：
　　用于凈化石油、化工、冶金、電力等領域，對含水量高的透平油、潤滑油（齒輪油、液壓油、機械油、冷凍機油等）能**、有效地除去油中的游離水、乳化液、雜質、氣體等有害成分，同時還可與潤滑系統長時間在線運行，也可對凈化油液進行高精度、高純度的過濾與凈化。提高油液品質，恢復其使用性能。**液壓系統、動力系統、潤滑系統的正常運行。ZRG系列分為ZRG-Ⅰ系列（用于220#以下的油品）和ZRG-Ⅱ系列（用于220#以上的油品）。

●過濾芯精度高，納污容量大，濾芯使用壽命長，并配置濾芯污染度自動檢測功能。
●在線濾油，可無人運行，運行狀態由指示燈顯示。
●本機人性化設計，低噪音，操作*，維護間隔長，低能耗，節省運行成本。
●設有濾芯更換指示，濾芯飽和停機裝置。  
●設有漏電，過負荷停機裝置，保護電機。
●設有相序、缺相保護功能，突然停機*控制。
●配置液環式真空泵。
可選模式：
●根據用戶的需求可選配PLC智能控制，觸摸屏操作，并設動態顯示。    
●選配在線式水份檢測儀。
●整機結構可制作成移動式、固定式、拖車式(半軸或雙軸)。          
●可制作成全封閉式、遮檐式、帆布棚、敞開式。
 
Use:
    ZRG is used in petroleum fields, chemical engineering, metallurgy electric power, etc, ZRG series can efficiently remove water, air, gas and other impurities from oil and enhance its breakdown voltage. It can be used online and onsite without interference of power supply or replacement of fresh oil. And it can keep all the control systems operating normally.

●It is humanization design with low noise, deep purification and long time free maintenance to save cost from the running process.

●Stop device for electricity leakage and overloaded power to protect the motor.
●Hase-sequence and open-phase protection,Safety control for sudden shut-down.
