本產品選用**無煙煤和焦油為原料,采用**工藝加工精制而成。外觀為黑色柱狀顆粒。有孔隙率發達、比表面積大、吸附力強、機械強度高、易反復再生、造價低等特點。廣泛用于有毒氣體凈化、廢氣處理、工業和生活用水的凈化處理、溶劑回收等方面。

1. 活性炭處理含鉻廢水。鉻是電鍍中用量較大的一種金屬原料,在廢水中六價鉻隨pH值的不同分別以不同的形式存在?;钚蕴坑蟹浅0l達的微孔結構和較高的比表面積,具有較強的物理吸附能力,能有效地吸附廢水中的Cr(Ⅵ).活性炭的表面存在大量的含氧基團如羥基(-OH)、羧基(-COOH)等,它們都有靜電吸附功能,對Cr(Ⅵ)產生化學吸附作用。*可以用于處理電鍍廢水中的Cr(Ⅵ),吸附后的廢水可達到地區排放標準。試驗表明:溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)質量濃度為50mg/L,pH=3,吸附時間1.5h時,活性炭的吸附性能和Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率均達到較佳效果。因此,利用活性炭處理含鉻廢水的過程是活性炭對溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的物理吸附、化學吸附、化學還原等綜合作用的結果?;钚蕴刻幚砗t廢水,吸附性能穩定,處理效率高,操作*,有一定的社會效益和經濟效益。
2. 活性炭處理含氰廢水。在工業生產中,金銀的濕法提取、化學纖維的生產、煉焦、合成氨、電鍍、煤氣生產等行業均使用氰化物或副產氰化物,因而在生產過程中必然要排放一定數量的含氰廢水?;钚蕴坑糜趦艋瘡U水已有相當長的歷史,應用于處理含氰廢水的文獻報道也越來越多.但由于CN_、HCN在活性炭上的吸附容量小,一般為3mgCN/gAC~8mgCN/gAC因品種而異,在處理成本上不合算。
3. 活性炭處理含汞廢水?;钚蕴坑形焦秃衔锏男阅?,但吸附能力有限,只適宜于處理含汞量低的廢水。如果含汞的濃度較高,可以先用化學沉淀法處理,處理后含汞約1mg/L,高時可達2-3mg/L,然后再用活性炭做進一步的處理。
4. 活性炭處理含酚廢水。含酚廢水廣泛來源于石油化工廠、樹脂廠、焦化廠和煉油化工廠。經實驗證明:活性炭對苯酚的吸附性能好,溫度升高不利于吸附,使吸附容量減??;但升高溫度達到吸附平衡的時間縮短?;钚蕴康挠昧亢臀綍r間存在較佳值,在酸性和中性條件下,去除率變化不大;強堿性條件下,苯酚去除率急劇下降,堿性越強,吸附效果越差。
5. 活性炭處理含甲醇廢水?;钚蕴靠梢晕郊状迹侥芰Σ粡?,只適宜于處理含甲醇量低的廢水。工程運行結果表明,可將混合液的COD從40mg/L降至12mg/L以下,對甲醇的去除率達到93.16%~**,其出水水質可以滿足回用到鍋爐脫鹽水系統進水的水質要求。
