The Thyme & Flower Honey “GEFSIS” is the finest honey of the Greek nature. Every drop of it encloses a strong, lasting flavor with intense aromatic characteristics and a light amber color.格富仕百里香&百花蜂蜜是希臘自然中較好的蜂蜜。每一滴都包含醇厚、持久味道、濃烈芳香的特點，淡琥珀色澤。
 
Wild Thyme covers the mountains and hillsides of Greece. At the end of winter wild flowers spring forth, carpeting the land with their beauty. This is a most magical time when honey bees are at their happiest. Off the shelf one usually finds one or the other; either thyme or wild flower honey “GEFSIS” is collected in the regions of the Southeastern Peloponnesus at an altitude ranging from 300m – 1300m from early June until late July. The region of Mount Parnon and the gorge of the Monastery of Elona.

 After that, the honey “GEFSIS” is carefully filtered and packed directly into glass jars in modern facilities. The whole process does not exceed one month from the time of harvest. Then it is stored in a dark, dry place at low temperature ready to be released for consumption.
