【鋁鎂尖晶石的介紹】:
鋁鎂尖晶石屬于一種鋁鎂氧化物,其主要成分為氧化鋁和氧化鎂。鋁鎂尖晶石有天然形成和人工合成兩種,其化學式為MgAL2O4或者Mgo•AL2O3。尖晶石理論含量為:MgO=28.3%M,AL2O3=71.7%。天然鎂砂尖晶石較少發(fā)現(xiàn),工業(yè)上應用的鋁鎂尖晶石全部都是人工合成的。合成鋁鎂尖晶石的兩個主要方法是燒結法和電熔法。多數(shù)尖晶石材料是由高純合成氧化鋁和化學級氧化鎂制成,即在豎窯燒結和在電弧爐內電熔。
【鋁鎂尖晶石的分類】:
鋁鎂尖晶石采用燒結法和電熔法兩種生產工藝。原料主要是菱鎂礦和工業(yè)氧化鋁粉或鋁礬土。按氧化鎂和氧化鋁的指標不同,分富鎂尖晶石和富鋁尖晶石并應用不同領域。
一、按生產工藝或方法分:燒結鋁鎂尖晶石(燒結尖晶石)和電熔鋁鎂尖晶石(電熔尖晶石)。
二、按生產原料可以劃分:鋁礬土基鋁鎂尖晶石與氧化鋁基鋁鎂尖晶石(燒結或電熔)。
1、鋁礬土基燒結鋁鎂尖晶石
鋁礬土基燒結鋁鎂尖晶石的生產工藝和方法:
鋁礬土基燒結鋁鎂尖晶石才有AL2O3含量76%以上的**鋁礬土和MgO含量95%以上的**輕燒鎂粉,經(jīng)過多級均化工藝,在**高溫隧道窯中經(jīng)1800℃以上高溫燒結而成。
鋁礬土基燒結鋁鎂尖晶石的特點與應用:
鋁礬土基燒結鋁鎂尖晶石具有良好的抗侵蝕、抗腐蝕、抗剝落能力強,抗渣性能好,抗磨蝕能力強,熱穩(wěn)定性好。耐高溫等性能特點。是生產水泥回轉窯高溫帶用鋁鎂尖晶石磚、鋼包襯磚、鋼包澆注料等耐火材料的理想原料。鋁鎂尖晶石廣泛用于耐火材料、鋼鐵冶煉、水泥回轉窯及玻璃工業(yè)窯爐上。
鋁礬土基燒結鋁鎂尖晶石的性能與作用:
鋁鎂尖晶石具有良好的抗侵蝕能力、抗磨蝕能力、熱震穩(wěn)定性好。其主要的用途:一是代替鎂鉻砂制造鋁鎂尖晶石磚用于水泥回轉窯,不但避免了鉻公害,而且具有良好的抗剝落性;二是鋁鎂尖晶石用于制作鋼包澆注料,大大提高鋼板襯的抗侵蝕能力。使其廣泛應用于煉鋼用耐火材料。**預合成尖晶石的制取為不定形及定形高純耐火材料的生產提供了新的原料。
燒結尖晶石的優(yōu)點:
該工藝是一個連續(xù)的陶瓷化過程,控制窯中給料速度和均衡的溫度分布,產生非常均勻的晶體尺寸為30-80µm及低氣孔率(3%)的產品。

氧化鋁基電熔鋁鎂尖晶石的生產工藝與方法:
氧化鋁基電熔鋁鎂尖晶石是以純度≥98.5%的輕燒氧化鎂并配入適量的高純菱鎂礦(MgO>45.55%)等做配合料。在電弧爐內經(jīng)高溫冶煉而成,可加工成不同規(guī)格的顆粒骨料和尖晶石細粉。
