【棕剛玉產(chǎn)品介紹】：
 
     棕剛玉是以鋁礬土、焦碳（無煙煤）為主要原料，在電弧中經(jīng)2000度以上高溫熔煉制成，經(jīng)自磨機(jī)粉碎 、整形，磁選去鐵，篩分成多種粒度，其質(zhì)地致密、硬度高，粒形成球狀，適用于制造陶瓷、樹脂高固結(jié)磨具以及研磨、拋光、噴砂、精密鑄造等，還可用于制造高級(jí)耐火材料。
 
     棕剛玉俗名又稱金剛砂，具有純度高，結(jié)晶好，流動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，線膨脹系數(shù)低，耐腐蝕的特點(diǎn)。該產(chǎn)品在應(yīng)用過程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不開裂的特點(diǎn)，尤其是其遠(yuǎn)**傳統(tǒng)棕剛玉的性價(jià)比，更使之成為棕剛玉質(zhì)耐火材料的較佳骨料和填充料。

【水洗棕剛玉的特點(diǎn)】：
 
     1、粉塵小；

     3、剛玉保溫材料，如剛玉輕質(zhì)磚、剛玉空心球和纖維制品，廣泛應(yīng)用于各種高溫爐窯的爐墻和爐**，既耐高溫又保溫。
    
【棕剛玉的應(yīng)用范圍】：
 
    棕剛玉被稱作工業(yè)的牙齒，除了在耐火材料中的應(yīng)用，還有以下應(yīng)用范圍：

     1、噴砂——磨料硬度適中，堆積密度高，無游離二氧化硅，比重大，韌性好，棕剛玉是理想的“環(huán)保”型噴砂材料，廣泛應(yīng)用于鋁型材，銅型材玻璃，水洗牛仔服精密模具等領(lǐng)域；
