1、關于缺貨斷貨：面料品種顏色花型較多，每年每季的流行都會有變，我們的產品進出也比較快。
（我們有線下實體店和線上網銷等銷售渠道，有些產品網銷沒有記錄不代表線下實體不**）同時為了避免積壓，我們會對生產數量有控制，若您有大單需求，請與我們聯系，我們會及時做好生產工作（但需要7—10天的生產過程）敬請諒解。如遇某款產品或某款顏色缺貨或斷貨，我們會及時聯系您。有時有些我們不**的顏色賣斷貨后，我們會做下架處理，如需要下架顏色的面料可以補貨，但米數少于1000米的不做補貨。敬請諒解！！
 
2、關于來樣定做：由于這花型時刻在變，本店不可能全部新花型都有所以我公司提供幫客人來樣訂做的業務， 付30%訂金后生產大貨，大貨生產出來后先寄米樣確認，等確認后全額付款，收到貨款后發貨。
 
3、收到貨物請驗收如有質量問題及時通知我司業務、若是裁剪或加工后恕不退還、因為布料不是其它貨品一經裁剪是不能循環再用的，希望親們能理解！
