一、概述
本儀器是采用測(cè)氧原理, 通過(guò)氧氣傳感器把氣體中的氧濃度轉(zhuǎn)換成電信號(hào),經(jīng)減法器的計(jì)算從而倒算出氮?dú)夂浚⒅苯语@示被測(cè)氣體中的氮?dú)獍俜直群俊x表采用**的*規(guī)模集成電路及5位半L E D高亮度數(shù)字顯示器，具備數(shù)碼撥盤(pán)設(shè)定下限控制功能，方便快捷。當(dāng)被監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的氮含量低于設(shè)定值時(shí),控制觸點(diǎn)啟動(dòng)，并有聲/光同時(shí)報(bào)警。儀表還有4-20MA同步信號(hào)輸出，并有自動(dòng)穩(wěn)零功能，儀器能直接顯示十萬(wàn)分之一讀數(shù)（99.999%），具有響應(yīng)快、精度高、穩(wěn)定、**、操作簡(jiǎn)便等特點(diǎn)。本儀器可利用空氣的氮?dú)獾暮?9.0%定標(biāo)，操作方便，并設(shè)有量程自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換電路，當(dāng)?shù)獨(dú)鉂舛却笥?0.3%時(shí)，這時(shí)儀器量程自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換，讀數(shù)為90.300%。
當(dāng)?shù)獨(dú)鉂舛鹊陀?號(hào)下限設(shè)定值時(shí)（假如是99.96%）,報(bào)警指示燈亮，同時(shí)有報(bào)警聲響，1號(hào)報(bào)警輸出開(kāi)關(guān)啟動(dòng)（可當(dāng)預(yù)警提示,或啟動(dòng)相應(yīng)的設(shè)備）.. 當(dāng)?shù)獨(dú)鉂舛壤^續(xù)下降低于2號(hào)下限設(shè)定值時(shí)（假如是99.93%）, 2號(hào)報(bào)警輸出開(kāi)關(guān)啟動(dòng).（可根椐需要啟動(dòng)相應(yīng)的控制設(shè)備）..這樣更有利于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的生產(chǎn)管理.如果只用1路設(shè)定值,那就把2號(hào)下限控制數(shù)碼撥至90.00即可.2種儀表都帶有4～20mA信號(hào)輸出可與記錄儀連接。

四、原理：
儀器由氧電極、放大器、比較器、減法器,報(bào)警器等部分組成。氧電極：為較譜法隔膜式，采用鉑金為陰極，銀氯化銀為陽(yáng)極，以聚四氟乙稀為滲透隔離膜，氣樣中氧可透過(guò)薄膜到達(dá)陰極，在650mV的較化電壓下發(fā)生如下反應(yīng)。
陰極：O2+H2O+4e→40H—
陽(yáng)極：Ag++C1-→AgC1↓+e
反映可*達(dá)到平衡，同時(shí)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)極限擴(kuò)散電流，此電流的大小正比于氣樣中的氧分壓。此電流通過(guò)放大器放大，通過(guò)減法器由顯示屏直接顯示出被測(cè)氣中的氮?dú)夂浚瑫r(shí)輸出4-20電流.供外接記錄儀或微機(jī)作數(shù)據(jù)記錄，可使測(cè)量資料存檔。另外信號(hào)經(jīng)撥盤(pán)數(shù)碼開(kāi)關(guān)控制.，當(dāng)被測(cè)氣體中的氮?dú)夂?*過(guò)設(shè)定值時(shí)，儀器發(fā)出聲,光報(bào)警.同時(shí)啟動(dòng)相應(yīng)的控制繼電器動(dòng)作,以帶動(dòng)各類(lèi)控制設(shè)備.
