增粘樹脂NHK-80是以芳烴改性酚醛合成樹脂為主體的復(fù)合型高性能橡膠助劑新材料，本品可替代或部分替代辛基酚醛樹脂、叔丁基酚醛樹脂和RT-501 樹脂廣泛應(yīng)用于輪胎和橡膠制品中。

Tackifying resin NHK-80 is a high-performance rubber additive new materials using synthetic aromatic modified phenolic resin as the main complex, it can be used to replace or partially replace octyl phenol resins, phenolic resins and extensive tertiary butyl RT-501 resin, It is widely applied to the tire and rubber products.
 
產(chǎn)品的性能與特點(diǎn)：
①本品在橡膠加工過程中具有良好的增粘性，能顯著改善未硫化橡膠增粘性能。
②提高橡膠與尼龍簾線及鋼絲簾線之間的粘合強(qiáng)度，提高成品的附著力。
③有助于提高合成橡膠的用量比例。
④促進(jìn)炭黑和其它配料在橡膠中的均勻分散性能，縮短混煉時(shí)間，降低能耗。
⑤本產(chǎn)品是綠色環(huán)保的橡膠助劑，不含有害物質(zhì)，不污染環(huán)境。

Product introduction：
Tackifying resin NHK-80 is a kind of new and high performance rubber additives which consist mainly of modified arene phenolic resin combination complex ,the rubber additive have been widely used in tyre and rubber manufacture.
 
Product property and specialty：
① The product can enhance viscosity a lot in rubber working process and much improve the tackiness of unvulcanized rubber
② Improve the adhesive strength of rubber,nylon cord and All-Steel Cord,increase the product adhesive force.
③Conduce to the proportion of application of synthetic rubber.
④ Promote the well-distributed dispersabillity of black carbon and other ingredients, reduce rubber mixing time and decrease the energy consumption.
⑤Wholly or part substitute the product for octyl phenolic resin,tertiary butyl phenolic resin and resin RT-501     
⑥ The product is green and environmental protect rubber additives,there is no hazard substance and pollution to environment.
