本產品為淡藍色酸性涂體,屬常溫鐵系**磷化液,可在鋼鐵、鋅、鋁的表面形成厚0.817um,呈黃紅蘭彩色膜層,與電泳涂裝,粉末涂裝具有優良的配套性,使漆膜抗彎曲、抗變形、防著力強。本產品單液使用,性能穩定,幾乎無沉渣,槽液管理方便,消耗成本低,處理溫度寬。
工藝流程:除油脫臘→水洗→除銹→水洗→磷化→水洗
工藝參數:
1、開槽：5%                        
2、游離酸：1—2點
3、總酸：6—10點
4、處理溫度：常溫
5、處理時間：2—15分鐘
6、處理方式：噴淋或浸泡
說明：
1、每1000L處理添加LB-602磷化劑,可提高總酸度1點。同時
    提高游離酸0.1-0.2點。
2、隨著槽液使用的時間增長,所需控制的點酸也要逐漸提高,
    當總酸度達到此23-25點,游離酸也在12.5點時,仍不能生成
    理想磷化膜時,應棄去舊槽液,重新開槽。
3、處理液溫度低于10℃時,需延長處理時間。
4、磷化后也可不水洗,直接烘干或晾干。
