 結構特點及材料使用：
      ①該機主要由瓶子輸送機構、理蓋上蓋機構、夾瓶輸送機構、搓式旋蓋機構、電控機構等組成，自動化程度高，設計合理，結構緊湊，操作簡便。
      ②本機機架、構件及外殼均采用**不銹鋼和鋁鎂合金制成，外形美觀，便于清潔，符合食品衛生要求；
      ③采用搓式旋蓋，結構簡單，性能**，工作效率較高，搓式旋蓋動技術有效解決了傳統旋蓋機打滑、傷蓋等弊端； 
      ④主要機構動力提供均采用電子變頻調整電機，工作速度無極可調，可適應不同的生產節奏，用戶可在設備設計范圍內自由調節生產速度；
      ⑤旋蓋機構間距、高度可**調節，可適應不同不規格的瓶子和瓶蓋；
      ⑥送蓋機構裝有光電感應*保護裝置，可控制理瓶機構實現“無蓋開機送蓋，蓋滿關機不送蓋”自我保護功能，增強了設備的運行穩定性和**性
