     YF系列PVC異型材擠出生產線主要用于PVC門窗異型材、木塑型材、裝飾型材等產品，該機組由上料機、錐形雙螺桿擠出機、真空定徑臺、一體化牽引切割機、貼膜機、翻料架組合，可以根據不同型材面及模具，選用不同規格的錐形雙螺桿擠出機以適應產量的需要。
真空定徑臺采用特殊加大漩渦流冷卻系統，便于冷卻定型，特別的水平傾斜控制*特的三維調整控制，使得操作簡便得以更好體現。根據不同模具，定徑臺可選用4米、6米、8米、10米等規格，以滿足高速擠出的要求。
牽引機采用*特升降技術，上下履帶背壓控制，工作平穩，**性好、牽引力大，可自動定長切割，并配置粉塵回收裝置。
該機組具有造型新穎、結構合理、使用方便等特點。

The vacuum shaping table adopts special eddy current classen to enlarge cooling system , The vacuum decides diameter Taiwan to use enlarges the eddy current class cooling system specially, is advanta*us for cooling to finalize, special horizontal tilt control unique three dimensional adjustment control,According to the different moulds and shaping table, choose 4m,6m,8m,10m and others, to meet requirement of high output.
The tractor uses the unique fluctuation technology, high and Iow caterpillar band back pressure control , The cutter\"s move speed keep with the tractor, It can automatic cut in limited site and it has powder recycle device.
The unit has advantage ,such as new style, sensible structure, and convenient operation.
