本產(chǎn)品是在*大學(xué)土木工程系研制基礎(chǔ)上，以磺酸鈉甲醛縮合物或其同系物為主體并復(fù)合其它有效成分制成的非引氣性減水劑，本產(chǎn)品以通過*大學(xué)和山東省經(jīng)委組織的聯(lián)合技術(shù)鑒定，具有國內(nèi)**水平，為國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)使用較多的一種高效減水劑，本產(chǎn)品主要性能與**上**的高效減水劑“麥地”性能相同。
一、適用范圍及用途
 HWR-S高效減水劑產(chǎn)品為β萘磺酸鈉甲醛縮合物，易溶于水，物理化學(xué)性能穩(wěn)定、效果好，是一種高性能減水劑。具有高分散性、低起泡性的特點，減水率高，強度、早強、增強優(yōu)越,對水泥適應(yīng)性強。摻入本品大大增強混凝土流動性，提高塌落度，改善和易性和施工性能。產(chǎn)品對鋼筋無銹蝕。廣泛用于各種混凝土工程，構(gòu)件預(yù)制、軌枕、橋梁、隧道、*軍事工程、水利電力工程、港口碼頭、飛機跑道、高層建筑工程等。
 HWR-S高效減水劑摻入砼之后，可大大提高拌和物流動性，增加和易性，可減少拌合物用水量，降低水灰比而使拌和物仍有很好的和易性，因而大大提高了砼的強度，在保持砼拌和物有與不摻HWR-S時相近的和易性，與硬化砼有相似的強度下，可節(jié)約水泥15-20%。
  HWR-S高效減水劑適用于配制高強砼、**高強、早強砼、抗?jié)B防入砼、泵送砼、自灌流態(tài)砼。自然養(yǎng)護及蒸汽養(yǎng)護預(yù)制構(gòu)件，鋼筋砼及應(yīng)砼工程。
1、使用相同水泥用量，保持相近的和易性，摻入本品可提高抗壓強度，3天提高50-90%，7天提高60-70%，28天可提高30-60%，用525#普通硅酸鹽水泥摻入HWR-S高效減水劑可配制500-800#砼。
2、摻入0.5-1.0%（水泥用量）HWR-S坍落度可由3-5厘米提高到15-20厘米。
3、減水率高，在拌合物相近的坍落度下，摻入HWR-S其減水率可達15-20%。
 
4、節(jié)約水泥，后期強度和易性相同的情況下，可節(jié)約水泥20%左右，早期強度，在提高后期強度及和易性相同的情況下，可以節(jié)約水泥10-20%左右。
 
5、對普通的硅酸鹽水泥，礦渣水泥和粉煤灰水泥有較好的適應(yīng)性。
 
6、蒸汽養(yǎng)護適應(yīng)性好，可縮短養(yǎng)護時間，降低養(yǎng)護溫度節(jié)省能耗，提高產(chǎn)量和質(zhì)量。
 
7、砼摻入HWR-S后，其凍融性有時顯增強，提高砼的抗?jié)B性和耐久性，砼的收縮性減少，對砼碳化無不利影響。
 
8、對鋼筋無銹蝕作用。
 
二、主要檢測指示：
   1、含固量：粉劑93%、液體40%。
   2、PH值:7-9.
   3、表面張力，1%溶液70%達因/厘米。
   4、硫酸鈉含量:15-20%。
   5、水泥凈漿流動度：240mm
 
三、包裝、貯存、運輸：
 
1、本產(chǎn)品粉劑采用內(nèi)襯塑料袋的編織袋包裝，每袋凈重25KG或40KG兩種。
 
2、本產(chǎn)品粉劑易溶于水，故在貯存、運輸過程中應(yīng)注意防淋、防潮、防止暴曬，密封保存。
 
3、在保存條件完好的情況下，保質(zhì)期24個月；過期須進行相關(guān)試驗確定能否繼續(xù)使用。
 
4、本產(chǎn)品不易燃，但貯存運輸應(yīng)遠離明火。
 
注意事項：
 
1、本產(chǎn)品*、無腐蝕性。但禁止使用，應(yīng)置于兒童所能及范圍以外，如不慎入眼、入口，請立即用清水沖洗。
 
2、與其它外加劑復(fù)配使用時，應(yīng)進行相容性試驗。
